This may be one of my favorite fall family lifestyle and portrait sessions to date. Not only were the fall colors PERFECT but the wardrobe that the family chose was a great compliment to the fall beauty. Laura and her family have been on the blog before, but since then they have added sweet, energetic and tractor-loving Weston to their family! Cressa is still spunky, kind and dance loving as ever and I loved seeing her all grown up since the last session! This family of 4 lives on some farm land in southeast Indiana and traveling to them was more than worth it for the amazing land surrounding their home! π
After the session, Laura chose to order an heirloom album (as you know, it’s my favorite!) and the color she chose was PERFECT and it matched their outfits from the session flawlessly. π They also ordered 3 frames and matted frames made out of one-of-a-kind barnwood (my favorite framed option we offer). Weston LOVES his tractors. I love including these little details during the session. Seriously…Cressa could not look more like her mama and Weston like his dad! Haha sibling love π Are these not the cutest kids?! I can just hear your giggle, Weston! πTheir neighbor has an old barn with an old tractor inside…Weston’s heart was about to explore and of course, we had to get some photos with it!
They chose the black and white version of this photo as a full-page spread in their album and I love it! π
This face doesn’t say mischief at all, does it? π (This was one of the images they chose for their barnwood matted frames)I love these two photos! After the first one, I asked Cressa to hold Weston’s hand and he quickly pulled it away and started giggling and that’s when we captured the magic on the right πWeston loves wearing his baseball hat just like his Daddy. Melt my heart! πCressa and her “big doggie” are still around! There is a photo from their last session with her hugging “big doggie” and it is honestly one of my favorites. After the session, we were just chatting in their living room and the kids wanted to watch a movie. They LOVE popcorn and this is a regular thing that the kids love doing so we got a couple of shots before I left πThe 3 framed and matted barnwood frames hanging in their home right behind their dining room table! They’re so BEAUTIFUL I just love them! π
I hand deliver all of the heirloom items that you order. Cressa and Weston loved playing in the box the frames came in more than anything! It was a hoot!
Cressa invited me to try on her tiaras and I was honored that she gave me the sparkly one! π
