Indianapolis, IN | Dylan and Amy welcomed baby Lee into their family this summer and they are rocking the new parent thing (and they look good doing it!) They welcomed me into their home to capture some images of their new family of 5 (dogs count, too 😉 ). As you will see, baby Lee is freaking adorable and was a champ during our session. 🙂
Amy and Dylan ordered an heirloom album to preserve their memories from this session. Albums are my favorite as they tell a story in an actual book that they can look at anytime. They also ordered a large canvas to display in their living room – which I just LOVE. It turned out SO good! Keep scrolling to see images of both of these heirloom products 🙂
Starting off with the first (and one of my favorite) images of the whole fam. I mean, could this be any more perfect?! Ahhh! 😀 You guys, his hair❤️😍
Dylan is a natural at this fatherhood thing. This was Dylan and Amy’s favorite, and we included it as a full-spread in their heirloom album! The details are my favorite. Never again will they be this little, it’s important to capture these bitty baby rolls❤️I know Lee is crying in the photo on the right, but I LOVE it. *THIS* is lifestyle photography – the real stuff. Newborns cry, right? 🙂 The white blanket underneath Lee was a blanket that his great grandmother knitted for him. How sweet is that?❤️Hi there baby blues!Amy – you are BEAUTIFUL and a natural at being a momma! 🙂The image on the left is the one they chose from their session to order a canvas to display in their living room – I just love it!Can you just not get over his hair?! Ah! So much squishy❤️❤️Snuggly babies just melt me. I loves these sheets! They play to the theme in his room of “adventure” and exploring. We used the two stuffed animals for size comparison as he gets older and bigger 🙂
Dylan and Amy chose this sage green album color with gold debossed lettering. I love how it turned out!Capturing the baby details and placing them into an album to look back on anytime is why I shoot the details ❤️❤️The thick, mounted archival photographic paper is the only way to preserve your memories. No tearing! When you purchase an album, the corresponding digital files are included on a custom USB drive. With a cute little personalized wood case, too!
Isn’t their canvas BEAUTIFUL?? I can’t wait to see if they decided to display it above the fireplace there or above their TV stand!
Thank you Dylan, Amy and Lee for welcoming me into your home and trusting me with capturing this very special time in your lives! I had so much fun during your session and building heirloom products for you to look back on for a lifetime 🙂
