I had the pleasure of capturing the Indiana Bike MS Event a couple weeks ago. My sister, Lindsey, is a Special Events Manager for the Indiana Multiple Sclerosis Chapter and is in charge of making sure the Bike MS event goes smoothly. It was really great to see all of the hard work her and her coworkers put in everyday to help raise money for the foundation. Throughout the day I was blessed to meet many special people – riders who had friends or family members with MS, volunteers who suffer from the disease out supporting the riders in the heat (a very hard thing for those who are familiar with MS), and just all around inspiring people doing amazing things to help raise money for research for Multiple Sclerosis. I had a wonderful time capturing some of the moments from the day. I hope you enjoy!
This woman’s name was Phyllis and she was such an inspiration. She suffers from MS but was out here in the heat both days of the Bike MS event at the finish line passing out medals to the riders and thanking them for what they just did for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Lindsey and the official vehicle for the race that led riders to the finish line!See that young man there on the right? He is just 14 years old and just completed his first 100 mile course…! Talk about inspiring!Ending on a pretty cool couple that were sporting some awesome footwear and ink in support of Bike MS!
